Denis Boivin

Denis Boivin is a member of the Executive Committee of BDO, where he has served as Head of Tax & Legal since 1 July 2016.

He joined BDO on 1 October 2008 as Head of the Tax and Legal department of the Lausanne office. Promoted to Partner in 2013, he subsequently took on the role of Head of Tax & Legal for the Western Switzerland Region and became a member of Regional Management in 2015.

Denis Boivin specialises in tax law for legal and natural persons as well as tax advisory services, with a focus on trade and contract law. He also has extensive experience in estate planning. At BDO, Denis Boivin is responsible for numerous Tax & Legal engagements for all client groups, SMEs and multinationals in areas including but not limited to restructuring and business transfers.

Denis Boivin is a qualified lawyer (1998) and Swiss Certified Tax Expert (2006). He is also Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Board Committee of EXPERTsuisse.
