Eduard Straub

Eduard Straub has been working in corporate finance/M&A for more than 25 years. He has a broad experience in small local and large international transactions such as acquisitions, divestments, succession planning, MBOs as well as equity and debt capital raising.

In the course of his professional career, Eduard Straub worked for UBS, CSFB, and Vontobel, has experience as a partner in a Swiss family office, and worked for 13 years in an independent corporate finance boutique focused on Swiss medium-sized companies.

Eduard Straub holds a PhD in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
