Martin Niederberger

Martin Niederberger is a proven expert in the turnaround (crises) and restructuring management field. He is a business economist and built on his specialist knowledge through his studies at the University of Zurich and the Manchester Business School (MBA). He has many years’ international management experience, including as a Director for Rank Xerox and as CEO of Dictaphone Corp., of which he was also a co-owner. His consulting approach focuses on devising pragmatic and results-oriented solutions. He has earned a reputation as an SME restructuring expert in Switzerland and abroad since 2009. He holds several board of directors mandates, lectures at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW) on a variety of corporate-management-related subjects and is a coach in ETH Zurich’s venture programme.­
